Our Delivery Options
Standard deliveries are subject to a charge of £2.99 second class tracked, £3.99 first class tracked or £5.99 tracked guaranteed next working (business) day courier, per order. Orders over £15 are delivery free of charge, usually by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (second class). We will do our very best to deliver all orders to your door within the time frame specified.
For the next day courier service our delivery partners will also confirm the approximate timeframe in which delivery will be made by email or by text on the delivery day itself.
If nobody is at home when the driver calls, we will try to leave your item with a neighbour or in a safe place. Our delivery partner will leave you a card to advise you of this or, if delivery has not been possible, details on how to rearrange your delivery. If we are likely to encounter problems in delivering to your house, please let us know when you place your order. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. Where we fail to deliver or delivery is delayed, we will not be liable for any losses that are not reasonable or proportionate. We will not be liable for any trade or business losses. We can deliver to the following areas but they may be subject to an additional cost: Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Grampians and Northern Ireland. We will contact you once your order has been placed to agree a cost if there is one. In almost all cases there is not. Orders to be delivered to Europe or Worldwide will incur a higher delivery charge which will be determined at the point of order or shortly after. We will contact you by email once your order is placed in the event of a query.
We always aim to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date as set out in the dispatch email. However if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
